Serenity is a beautifully renovated, nearly 3,000-square-foot home in a quiet, established Simi Valley neighborhood, close to parks and made for peaceful walks.
Inside, it’s bright, open and exceptionally clean, with large bedrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, and a dining room where residents share freshly prepared meals.
Most importantly, our residents are encouraged to live, not simply be cared for. Decorate your room. Choose how you spend your day. Relax by the pool. Watch a movie. Join an activity. Take a walk.

A beautiful home matters, but the people providing the care matter even more. Every caregiver is hand-picked for patience, dependability and compassion, and for genuinely enjoying time with seniors.
Every Serenity caregiver is:
- HCA certified
- Cleared by Live Scan fingerprinting and state and FBI background checks
- TB-cleared, with the required health exams
- Trained in safe mobility and transfers, fall awareness and personal care
- Trained in memory care and well versed in redirection methods
- Clear, understandable English speakers, with bilingual staff available
You should never have to wonder how Mom or Dad is doing.

- Is Dad drinking enough water?
- Were medications taken?
- How did they sleep?

Serenity uses its own professional care-management system, with detailed digital care notes and care plans, to document meals, hydration, medication assistance, sleep, mobility, activities and changes in mood.
Because a small change today can tell us something important about tomorrow.
Families can have access to a secure family portal. And technology never replaces a phone call: when something changes, you’ll hear from us. When things are going wonderfully, you’ll hear that too.
